My flue season usually goes something like this:
First, I get my shot - bourbon works best for me.
Sometimes I have to get a second shot - I'm really afraid of heights.
Get the ladder & go up on the roof with the brushes & rods and clean those darned flues.
Get off that roof, fast as I can.
Put all the stuff back in the garage.
Get another shot to steady my hands.
Try to remember why I dread flue season.
It's really not that bad.
I'll drink to that.
