I understand what's added to the raptor and still think it's too much money for what you get. The power wagon is a much more capable trail rig and ram doesn't change near as much for that package. Just saying the raptor option should be much less than the uncharge they charge.

I agree the power wagon is better suited for the trail if you can find one wide enough for a truck. It is no comparison though when it comes to fast driving on open desert. The Raptor suspension will soak up the bumps as the power wagon is better suited for rock crawling. Personally I would rather have the power wagon if given these choices but the Raptor has a much cooler appearance. Ram needs to pretty it up a bit.

This is why we all have choices. I think the power wagon has a much meaner appearance and stance. That's the reason I have one. 35" tires, 4.56 gears, front and rear electronic lockers, factory hidden warn winch, electronic disconnecting sway bar, 2 inch factory lift. It's my favorite truck by far and I've had lots of trucks.

I always thought the Raptor was a Barbie truck. I have no use for a truck like that, and the macho styling doesn't impress me one bit. The same traits in a sports car will have me drooling though, so I guess it's one of those things that some people like and some don't.

The ones with the frame bending had an aftermarket suspension that did not have bump stops. It is not a trophy truck......

If it had a full blown race suspension and frame with a cage then people would be complaining that it did not ride good enough and it was too hard to get in and out of of. It is a street truck made to do some racing.
