Extra weight or loader tires might affect the balance or lifting potential.

Do you mean ballast, and loaded rear tires?

Yes. All three.

My ck35 loader lift capacity is less than what I need. I know, I should have bought the dk40. What I'm getting out of this thread is that possibly Kioti lowered the relief valve setting from about 2600 down to 2000psi to protect their possible inferior loader steel quality.
That it's possible to increase my loader capacity given the rear has sufficient ballast and the tires are loaded.

Before concluding that, maybe let this thread run for a while. There are lots of satisfied Kioti owners on TBN and someone knowledgeable about your loader may see the thread. If there was a bad run of steel that prompted Kioti to lower the PRV setting and they took care of the steel problem, one would think the pressure could be increased. If there is an inherent design limit it would need to stay at 2000 psi. I can't seem to find anything dated 2005 or so listing the pressure setting before there were the cracked frame reports in 2006. What year was your loader manufactured? If the forum is correct, older ones are better.

The Kioti workshop manual that I took the specs from is dated May 2007. My Kioti is new, 2014. I'd really like to know what other Kioti ck35 owners have done.

That may indicate the WSM was for the Korean made version if the forum is correct. If a switch was made to a US supplier they could have lowered the setting at that time. I wonder if there is a current WSM for it.

I had a heck of a time finding out the proper lug nut torque setting for the front and rear tires too. Lots of conflicting information out there. I'd really appreciate hearing from other ck owners on this subject.

USe the Workshop Manual settings for the Pressure Relief. Don't rely on brochure information for setting up the tractor hydraulics. We set the pressure relief for the CK30/35 with the KL130 Loaders at 2550psi. Nothing has changed since the 2007 printing.

What was the final story on the cracks in the loader frame referenced in the forum?
