What is the best place for weather predictions, 10 days to several months?

I use enviroment canada and accuweather. U S Nexrad as well.

I occasionally look at accuweather and other sites, but every day I use the NWS site.

You can enter a zip code and see the current information for almost anywhere, in this country at least.

And I first learned of the NWS site from another TBN member; Mikim.

Intellicast - Local and National Weather Forecast, Radar, Maps and Severe Report is pretty good too. Beyond about 1 week it's still a crap shoot but they can see long term (30 days) trends. It's the precipitation that they seem to be pretty poor at forecasting.

A nice feature of the NWS radar service is the interaction capabilities...from any forecast page click on the radar image link on the lower right...set the features you want...but also check out the GPS capabilities...watch the GPS form fields while moving the cursor around on the map...click and move etc...

...you can pinpoint your Lat/Lon on the map...you can also measure the distance from a storm target to a location...
