JD3039R, 3 New Tractors in 3 weeks

A friend of mine received his new 3039R less than a month ago. His brand new tractor died right on the spot as the dealer unloaded it. 2nd brand new 3039R delivered a few days later. It too died the other day with only a few hours on it. He's now waiting for delivery of his 3rd brand new tractor in less than 1 month. Does anyone know of issues with the 3039R or the 3000 series??
The 1st Tractor died while running, The 2nd worked fine until the other day, went to start it and it was just dead, no lights, no click, nothing. Dealer tried a new battery, but still just dead.

The only attachments are an H160 Loader and a 3pt mount Snow Blower

It is a problem for the dealer. Would think the dealer would know how to isolate the problem.

[3046r/cab delivered nov 2014] The only issue I had was not related to the electical system - it was the MID PTO snap ring [inside the transmission] wasn't installed properly at the factory. Dealer fixed it in their shop.
Symptom was not being able to move the PTO selection lever more than an inch or so.

BS?? Really?? I'm simply asking a question about a JD Tractor. The Dealer has been great, and doing the right thing by replacing a faulty tractor. Obviously there is some sort of issue with the 3039R series, just wondering if anyone else has heard of it.

How cold is it there? Wouldn't surprise me if it was shipped up with summer diesel in it and then it gelled. I've seen that happen before.
