I know the difficulty of your decision. My final decision came down to the Kioti DK50SE-HSTC and the XR4046C. I went back and forth and finally decided on the Kioti, but I'm sure I would have been just as happy with the LS.
The Tier 3 vs. Tier 4 is a big deal IMO. That should tilt the table in favor of the Kioti.
And, contrary to what another poster posted, the XR is not a larger tractor than the Kioti. They are the same basic size. The LS does have larger front wheels on it, which is a plus IMO.
Definitely get at least 2 sets of rear remotes, and 3 sets is better. I have 2 and wish I had 3. If you're going to be moving dirt for a motocross track, you will want top and tilt on your 3 point hitch, and that will use 2 sets right there.
Also, as someone else said, be sure they don't use calcium chloride to fill your tires. Antifreeze is ok. Beet juice is better but won't be free. Oh, and you might see if you can get the dealer to throw a service manual into the deal too.
If you buy the Kioti, post in the Kioti subforum and we will give you some tips on things to do before you use it (such as loctiting the tube tha holds the bucket level indicator rod).
