Yes got the same message. Doesn't exactly instill confidence in their product. Maybe that's why it's free. :confused3:

Just tried it. Last update on photo was 10/12/2012. As dave1949 said, I was able to get the area inside a polygon. It was pretty close to the surveyed area.

Silly question: if it was really 'free' why is it necessary to use a poached product key? Thread title should probably be "Google Earth Pro has been pirated".
