Tc29 not starting

I have a 2000 new holland TC29. When I turn the key on, and wait until the glow plug light turns off, it doesn't do anything. It doesn't even turn over. I am new with tractors, so I don't know much about it. I was reading online and I came across a few things, is it possible for it to be the safety switch? Or glow plugs? Or the timing relay? Any one have any ideas of what it could be and how to resolve the issue?

Check the safety switches first, wiggle the pto levers, range lever (in neutral), etc. Search this forum, there is a lot of discussion on this issue.
