Sawyer Rob, looks like you can't get much more efficient than that! It's nice to have all that equipment at your disposal.

Once I skid my firewood logs out,

I lift them over my wagon with my loader and they are chain sawn into firewood length,

With that done, it's easy to roll the blocks right onto my splitters beam, and push them through the 4-way wedge,

And the splits can go right into these boxes I build,

They hold 1/2 cord each, and I designed them to allow air to move all around the splits, so the splits will dry down to 20% or less, as that's the way to get the most BTU's of energy (heat) out of firewood...

With the boxes full, I can easily move them for storage, or once the splits are dry, to my basement window with my tractor, to be thrown down for burning,

Didn't I see you making duck calls on TV last week.
That looks like an awesome tractor for working with wood, looks like it has big tires on front compared to most tractors I see. One of the many things I don't like with my L3400, it has big tires on the rear, 11.2-24, compared to the small tires on front 7-16, but I think I'm the only one who complains about small tires on front of a 4x4 tractor.
