Hey Green, Is this a new problem or has the loader been wonky from the day you got it?
Swap around the good working and the non working ports of the connectors and valve to eliminate the ports on the valve, or point the finger at the possibly defective QC connectors. or cylinders. build, buy, borrow or steal a 0 to 3000 hydraulic pressure gauge with the proper connectors to test the ports. After some of them test defective, then rebuild/replace the joystick valve assembly. BUT it is the QC connectors either not seated or possibly defective in some way..
Remember when you hear hoof-beats, think horses, not zebra's.. Could be Zebra's, but not as likely.![]()

Hi Ritchey, this problem is only from the last hour of operation. Everything has been solid up until now. The system is tight with no leaks.
My gosh James you are on the ball today!
Yeah, now watch, with all my "good advice" it will wind up being the dang control valve.![]()
I just went to uncouple and reconnect all four of the QC and one of the QC was not seated. Just sitting there but looked connected.
Good call James and Murph. Thanks for your help, I should have known I was in the right place.
