ZERO out this AM. Yeah, sort of done with winter. With the ice left over from the snow, it makes walking around, dangerous. Even the dogs don't want to go out. Suppose to warm up the remainder of the week. I could use it, I still have wood laying in the yard, frozen to the ground again.

Minus 11 degrees here right now....just fed the cats and am brewing coffee and cooking eggs and bacon. Don't have any real plans for today except try to stay indoors and escape the cold. Happy Tuesday, everybody.

10 headed to 28 and a chance of snow.

Hoped to take Coco for a long hike for her birthday today, but the snow has such a hard icy crust, it rubbed a raw place on two paws a couple of days ago, so will have to keep it short. She seems content to curl up by the woodstove. Maybe I'll join her.

I don't think that roof will hold a snow load.

18 this morning and headed to 33 today. Then slowly warming all week. 50 by Sunday. Wonder if that will change. Today is a mirror image of yesterday. I have my last half of birds leaving tonight. Now just need ground to stay frozen one more day. My drive can handle semi traffic when it's rain wet. It can handle car traffic on a thaw but not semis on a deep thaw. Just does too much damage. And it's not one its 20+ over 3or 4 hours.
