LOL EXACTLY!!! And it's not just tractor dealers. I was at my Ford dealer today grabbing something, BS'ing with the service manager about my 6.0 powerstroke. When he heard I wasn't running Ford Gold coolant, he balked and said I've gotta get that back in there! I said no, Ford Gold has silicates in it, and under hot pressurized conditions it has been known to fall out of suspension and clog the Oil Cooler and EGR Cooler, leading to the very common EGR failures that the 6.0L is known for ... he said, "Well, I've never heard of that. The engine calls for Ford Gold coolant, so that's what you should run." It is well known to apparently the whole rest of the world that swapping out that Ford Fools-Gold coolant for a premium standard E.L. coolant ASAP will prevent most of the oil cooler/EGR failures (if they haven't already clogged up your oil cooler passages).

Dealerships never want to admit there's a problem with one of their products ...

6.0? What turbo problems? 3.5L ecoboost misfire? F150 axle wrap? huh what? You don't say? No, never!

Kapper, I made my 3rd function: zero problems. Simple perfection. On the other hand, I also spent 2K doing it. I have a box full of handles I tried and then didn't like, I have extra sub plates and electric hydraulic valves and my goal was to make it all look like it was something the factory themselves made. In other words, every hose is perfectly fitted, every fitting looks like it belongs. My wiring harness is higher quality than the factory harness.

I've got a sheet of 3/16 and a sheet of 1/4 aluminum plate I'm thinking of making a skid plate out of one of them for the bottom of mine before I start using it, just to be on the safe side.

Kapper has me thinking about taking my underbelly plates off, making dxf files and cutting out more plates at some point.

Come make some templates for my Massey ! :D. I'll keep the prototypes

I'd love to focus on building out products, but I need to get my city house sold first and consolidate the tinker-toys all at one tinkerage.

Speaking of, a couple is coming over tomorrow for an unlisted, private showing. God willing, if they want to buy my house, I may have kickstarted my summer plans by two or three months!

Well my ck35 kioti HST worked smoothly when they adjusted the shifter!! And bumping the forward /reverse pedals to get it in doesn't work on either machine! Besides doing that will only damage gears long term! My dealer said the NX series needs to be level for it to smoothly go in!! So I push the front end up with loader leveling out machine and lo and behold it goes right into gear nice and smooth!! I'm a Harley guy mostly!! I have an electra glide and 2 sportsters!! I understand the differences about the trans, it's in for repair to the loader the handle controls let loose in the bulkhead!! They said there's a TSB on the HST shifter and they'll have it calibrated to go into any of the 3 positions smoothly!! We'll see

Ah, you think? Kapper called me this morning because he planned to chase off and buy a Kioti NX6010 to compliment his existing pimped out John Deere 4720! If Kapper follows through, I expect him to make what will become a wildly popular video comparing his 4720 with his NX6010.

Orange and green, what a machine!

That's a video I'd like to see as well. Even though the science behind it baffles me, someone corrected me on the available 400cx loader on the 4720 and it looks like a very capable loader. I'd like to see how he compares the overall machines.

Speaking of that, Eric, when you get a chance can you snap a picture of your loader specifications page in your loader manual? I'd like to see the full numbers including the different lift points as listed in the actual manual.
