Front-End Loader Need help adjusting FEL bucket on new Kioti!

If you use your FEL hard, you will see this "unevenness" change all the time. Don't worry too much about it. And don't make a habit of using the same end of the bucket each time you are trying to pry dirt loose or pry a rock out of the ground. Try to vary the stresses on your FEL by changing your habits. I say just use it and enjoy it. :)

I had a similar problem years ago...after spending many hours measuring and checking all dimensions of the loader I happened to measure the height of the rear frame and found one rear tire slightly low air pressure...presto fixed bucket
just another embarrassing move on my part,,
if I live long enough I will have made all the mistakes

By the way, if I am seeing your level pictures right, one side of the bucket is level and the other side is not. The only way that could happen is if the bucket itself is bent or warped (i.e. if it was straight, the level would read the same on both sides, level or not). Try putting a straight edge on the bucket and see if it's bent or warped.

If welding wasn't done right when putting the bucket cutting edge on, it can warp the bucket bottom a little and explain what you're seeing.
Unless there is an optical illusion on your photo, the FEL cutting blade seems to be flat all the way until the last foot or two. I think your problem is as S219 states, It is a warpage due to improper welding/fabrication. You wont be able to correct that by torqueing the frame or realigning the frame bolts. If it is a major issue with you, you will have to swap out the bucket. To me, 1/2" is not a problem, I usually get more than that from one wheel being higher than the other.

The pics you posted show what appears to be a very slight warp on the one side of the bucket. This in no way will impact the operation or longevity of that unit. Use it and enjoy it.

I had my tractor and FEL for 3 years now and just checked it. It is out about 3/8 and I never knew it till now. Why did you have to do this to me? Now I'm going to think about it was very time I use it.

Measure the bucket in the middle and at the ends. All the measurements should be the same.

Measure to the ground from a fix point on both sides of the loader at the end where the bucket attaches. These measurements should be the same.

Report your findings.

Move the tractor to a couple of dif. spots to check I'd be surprised if the concrete was perfectly level every where. It would have to be exact where the back tires and bucket are sitting.

1/2 inch out, other than in your garage you will never notice it out of level

You know we like to burden all fellow members on TBN with these gnawing problems from time to time.

AFAIK there are no adjustments to fix the shown issue. It has been my experience that the shown gap is a result in manufacturing tolerance or "bent"

as to tweeking it back into alignment, I have many many times hooked the corner of my bucket under something for the express pourpous of trying to apply as much force to it as possible to pop it up. Never has it led to my loader being tweeked. So the idea that you could 'tweek it back" i dont buy. If you could, then there is nothing keeping it from going back to its "tweeked" state under normal use.

the way i see it you have 4 options
1) live with it.
2) try moving around and makeing shure it is in fact tweeked
3) try to bend it back (i have little faith this will work, and or the fix is permanent)
4) return to the dealer and attempt to swap the loader (just from the QA mounts) with others on the lot and see if you can find one that lines up better.
