searching for used tractor for sale

Hello tractor world. Im from san diego and looking for a small tractor to buy. I dont know what kind of tractor. But it would e used for maintaing fields of weeds so my kids have clear view of fields wheb riding their bikes and a little golf course for kids. I dont need anything fancy but need the tractor to work. I only have 800 to spend. I apologize if this sounds really stupid. U just happened to come across this website and decided to give it a try.

To TBN Nelson. For $800, you will probably have to look for a used lawn tractor.

I mowed weeds along about 1/4 mile of fence line on my 10-acre place using a Huskee lawn mower with 42" wide deck. Bought it new in 2005 for $899 (it was a display model) at my local Tractor Supply Store. Weeds were 6-12" tall so it was slow going.

A few years later I found a 1976 Bolens GT1430 lawn tractor on craigslist for $600. It included a 48" mid mount mower deck and a 32" wide rototiller that was driven by a pto shaft.
