Loader mounted snow blower

What about a rear mount pull snow blower. There is one on the quick attach website from the earlier link. I don't think these get enough credit. I've seen a Canadian contractor do about 3500 driveways with 26 tractors in about 5 hours. I mean they can be super quick. Of course this is really tight routes and may even be home owner associations where they are doing all of them in a neighborhood, but still mighty impressive. There is a lot of talk on this site that if you drive over the snow first it packs it down and then the blower doesn't get all of the snow up, but to be honest I haven't seen any implement (except a power broom) that gets all of it up.

Yeah. Not even considering a rear mount. Too much twists and funds to back down(and too steep). Also a pull style would just leave me packing everything thing 1st

The only other real option you have is to go into debt and
upgrade or purchase a Motorised UTV/RTV snow caster
and hope the 27 horsepower the largest model has is enough.

(it will not)

The other issue is these snow casters will require you to have
an equal weight on the rear with loaded tires and road grader
or log skidder chains snow chains.

Bradbilt, I have a rear pto pump/ resovour on a b3350 with only 27 ish hp at pto. I tie wrap hoses under the frame up to the fel. Haven't figuried a better way for hoses. I use 3/4 inch hose everywhere and have teed in a pressure guage at the pump. When blowing in 14 inches of snow, if I drove to fast, the pressure would go up and the pump would load down my tractor engine. ( The pump maximum input is 33 hp) I was running around 2200 rpm as I'm still under my first 50 hours so some less than the 27hp. Pick a big enough pump (gpm rating) for the blower you get and ignore hp. You may have a slow forward speed, but the blower will blow if you maintain gpm thru motor. Mine is on a quick attack fel. Loftness blower (60")

I'm guessing your tractor is 4 wheel drive?

A pull type blower faces forward so you just drive away. I have one on my DK40 and it works great.

Actually neither a rear mount or a pull type will have problems
with wheel packed snow. The pull type will simply be left in float
just as the rear mount will and the cutting edge will pull it down
to the point where you have the skid shoes set to keep it from sucking
up gravel and sod.

A lot of pull type rear mounts are mounted on heavy tractors and have no issues
with clearing the snow down to pavement so no worries there.

The pull type units will always cost more than the rear mounts.

the slower you travel in either direction the more efficient your
snow caster is going to be as the the snow being fed into the impeller
is at is smallest fraction and the impeller is going to throw it as far
as it can as long as the impeller paddles and the chute and spout have
been coated with Fluid Film or the cheap cooking spray in the large spray cans
from Samurai Club.

What he said! Also a pull type won't break the bank relative to the front mount.
