There seems to be some confusion on the size of the grease fittings kioti uses. Reading past posts 1/8-28 BSP have the most votes. Is that the size? I'm trying to grease my new dkse, and some fittings won't take any grease.

Both grease fittings on the center axle pivot don't seem to take any grease. The loader pins are o.kChuck, which ones won't take grease? Loader Zerks? You can try ? "unloading" pressure off of the joint by moving the loader to different positions or rest it on the ground. I have never had any trouble with any of them not taking grease. And greasing is so much easier with my LockNlube coupler..

The grease doesn't make it into the joint, just spills out. The grease fitting isn't clogged. I ordered the locknlube grease coupling. That should work. When you say not taking grease, do you mean you can't even pump the grease pump handle, like there is an obstruction or are you pumping away and you are not seeing any old grease coming out of the joint? On my CK I have probably put 25 - 30 pumps in the front axel center pivot over time and have yet to see old grease come out. I asked the dealer and he said that is normal, give it a few pumps every time you grease the tractor. Hope this helps.
That's exactly what I did, still no luck. The grease just spills out the gun around the grease fitting, but the fitting works. I'm gonna try the locknlube fitting. It gets great reviews. When greasing the axle pivot on my 3054, I have to jack the front of the tractor up with the loader and swing the axle through it's range to get either of the zerks to accept grease
I have the Lock-n-Lube, I lift front wheels off the ground and I still can't get grease into the front axle center pivot. Dealer doesn't seem concerned, says they rarely are able to get any grease in there. I guess I will try pulling the fittings to see if they are clear or not.

++1 on that.I would run away from this dealer ASAP.I wouldn't trust them to service a pedal car.
That's about like..."We can hardly ever get the front tires to take air, so we just send them out half flat."
I received the locknlube fitting, works great. Does just what it supposed to. I tried the axle pivot fittings. I was able to pump the gun with the no grease spilling. The locknlube held tight. I don't know if it took any grease. I pumped about 5 strokes, really had lots of pressure. I thought the hose would burst. I tried loading and unloading the joint with the loader raising the front of the machine. No difference.
