Tractor
new holland 7740
had my tractor working with a mulcher, when i stopped it in the evening i noticed something dripping from underneath tractor, further investagation i could see water dripping from the tension pulley.I put a bucket underneath it and the next morning there was 4 litres of fluid,I topped up the radiator and drove it approx 5 miles back to my yard.it has now stopped and the fluid level has not gone down, there is now a noise, would this be the water pump bearing, does the water pump need to be replaced, also red light with cog on top right hand corner of dashboard while shredding but has now gone off.

Check around the water pump and if fluid is leaking from it, the pump is going bad. Also, you are running coolant in the radiator and not straight water aren't you?
