John Deere 332 Yanmar Diesel

Engine starts easily but after 15/20 minutes run time it begins to lose RPM's, starts smoking and eventually quits running.
Installed new inline fuel pump and 2 injectors. Same problem.
Open for repair ideas. Thanks

Have you opened the fuel tank cap to see if there is a plugged vent? Try this the next time you detect it losing rpm's.

That's where I would look first ---- I would also check for a plugged fuel filter.

Reading a similar issue on another forum, it turned out to be the fuel filter plugging up from microbial growth in the fuel.
For example:

You might need to get a fuel system cleaner and a couple new filters. Add the cleaner, run it with a new filter, then change the filter again after a few tanks.
