And here is a pic of both the forks, and Bale spear installed. Either comes off easy enough to use the other. Impressed with Titan implementsView attachment 424747.

KevT, In this pic it looks like you have one or two 3pt spreaders? If so, any brand recommendations? Last year a poster said they were happy enough with their Cosmo brand spreader but it took some experience to get the spreader settings, pto and tractor speed all working together to get the right application rates.

I need one of those for my field reclamation project to spread seed and lime, pelletized lime I suppose would work best.

Any advice is welcome.

Nice forks and spear too. :)

Thanks for the pics, Kev. I pictured that bale spear to be at least an eight footer, hence the curiosity. Guess it's for the little bales, not those big round ones?

Either way, that looks like a solid set up. If you haven't had forks for your tractor before, you'll smile every time you figure out a new way to use them!

Looks good Kev. Bale spear and forks on at the same time could be an interesting combo.

A farmer nearby had a very lucky escape last year with a long pointy piece of steel.
The video report in this article tells what can all too easily happen.

Kev, I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, but if you ever leave the hay spear in their pasture, make sure it is turned down toward the ground. Horses seem to go out of their way to find ways to hurt themselves.

I bought a front and back bale spear for my dad from titan. I wish I had gotten the fork attachment ones but didn't.

a successful day downsizing, though I'm sure in Eric's neighborhood, anything even this size would be called
a lorry or whatever. Even better, and while this will hardly qualify for Ripley's believe it or not, this photo was taken on my pocket camera, an inexpensive Canon PowerShot, and that of course is no big deal. What is a big deal is that the camera recently went through an entire one hour and five minute wash cycle in a modern Maytag, with extra rinse. The battery was dead, but it charged right up, and the photos on the memory card were ok, as expected. But no way would the camera work.
Well...I doubt it will have a long life but for a non weatherproof camera, this sure is takes a lickin and keeps on tickin.
Also likely indicative of how little water is actually used in a modern washer, never looks like it has enough to wash anything.
But they do.
Canon, you get a  on this one.

Nice looking truck Drew. The chrome tips on the dual exhaust ought to help you catch something wearing lipstick. :D

Another cool weather day. 62F with a chilly breeze all day. Currently 50F, around 40F overnight.

Drew, put a big fresh strawberry on a treble hook and troll it around town behind that new truck. Troll it at a brisk walking speed about 5mph. I figure 30 lb test line, that way, you can let the big ones break your line and you can play the smaller ones to see if they don't give up that easy. (hopefully that parlays into a good busybee worker). Don't forget to set the drag just right! :)

Good job on the Canon, Drew. Nice to know they're good to go through the washer, but what cycle should be used? Delicate, Permanent Press, or Cottons?

Inquiring minds need to know! :D

Good evening all. 59F this morning and sunny breezy through most of the day made it to 72F. Working on more downsizing and storage for stepson's stuff. Moving day approaches.
