I'm out of touch with new pricing on my super Z diesel... I ended up finding mine used with only 174 hrs at a Dealership in Ohio. Only paid around $8k for it.
That sounds like a good deal

Thanks... I was most likely going to spend around $6500 on a 60" gas ZTR, and I wasn't completely sure on which brand I was going with, but when I found this deal, I couldn't pass it up. Great mower. I think it runs quieter than a gasser. In theory, the engine should last alot longer too, and use less fuel. But, I wouldn't mind having a 35 HP Kaw gasser... My diesel is only rated around 25 HP, and there are times when I could use a little more HP. Of course, I just slow down and it's all good. My buddy has a 31 HP Kaw gasser in his 61" Scag, and the combination of my larger deck width and lower HP means I can't mow as quickly in taller grass.
How is it on hills and has there been any issues with is?
Does fine on hills... It is heavier than most ZTR's, so I would say it probably doesn't hold as well as lighter machines would. No problems with it.

All stand up decks are not created equal in ease of use. The raptor wins.
Apparently, I'm doing it wrong.
