Don't use crude adjectives here; they do not add anything, they simply pollute. This site goes out all over the world. You can EDIT easily.

Is this serious? I can't tell if this is serious or if I am being messed with?

To TBN Brandon. We bowl with a couple who have two daughters that live in Franklin. I myself am originally from Clarksville.

Small world MDDORANGE, I actually live in Franklin.

There are people in this area that do "mulching", which will clean up the woods, and then it could maintained with a commercial zero turn mower.

I have seriously considered this but I worry about buying this big pretty CZT then running it off in the woods to keep the saplings and undergrowth cut down. I do not personally know anyone that does this, but sounds like you've got some experience with it?

I tested two ZTR s and was very unhappy with them as they beat me up just as much as the small box store mower. So for me getting a ZTR would mean spending the cash for one of the big Ferris machines with a decent suspension under it.

I will say my current ZT does have a tendency to throw/bounce me around alot. I could use a break from that nonsense.

Nothing was said about a loader, but hopefully, that is part of the package. Once you have, and use, one you will wonder how you got along without it.

The FEL is not part of the package, but this is a another reason I was looking at these tractor as opposed to a CZT is that I could search around for a used FEL. I have alot of experience using a bucket and backhoe helping out on actual farms, and you are exactly once you use one you are constantly looking at ever job thinking "man this would be such much easier if I had a bucket."

Thanks for all the feedback folks! I guess I was looking at it from more of a "If you had to pick between these three tractors/setups, which would you choose?" I am not familiar enough with them to know if there are some terminal issues on a JD650 that I wouldn't run into on a JD670. Just as an example.
I went and checked out the Kubato 6200 yesterday, the MMM deck is rusted through on the top like the previous owner never clean the grass clippings off of it... not great, probably an indication of how the rest of it was taken care of.

I would definitely get an FEL as part of the package - adding one later is more $$. This is a nice machine with a FEL near you https://nashville.craigslist.org/grd/5052023541.html - I saw the JD 750 too, that looks decent, but no FEL for $6K.

its easy to add a belly mower or brush hog than it is to add a FEL. I would also either fix your ZTR or buy a used garden tractor or mower for your lawn.

Before I65 was built, I went through there on US31 from Clarksville going to Alabama but now normally stay on I65 and just stop around there to get something to eat. Nice area but too rich for me.

I'm not a big Deere fan, but that looks like a good deal if the size and outfit is what you need. As far as adding a FEL, I looked at some tractors that didn't have one, and what would be invovled in adding one. Very few serviceable used FEL's are ever for sale, and then not cheap. Doable, but why complicate things??

Just as an update:
- I have completely taken the "T" word out of my crude adjective repertoire
- I decided to get a CZT instead and make a tractor decision when I have a little more time to shop around. I figured I will spend alot more time mowing than using the tractor so it would behove me to get a purpose built mower. Picked up a Bad Boy 54in CZT, it's a little more rough riding than I would like but it will absolutely cut the kittens and sunshine out of some grass! Very please with the decision to this point.

Thanks for the friendly help and advice folks
