Can't see much reason for closing the other one. Is some good info in there that will now sink to the bottom of the thread stack and eventually off the page, which is a darn shame.

Hopefully people can continue in here, or point to another such thread worth following? Thanks.

Agree. I hope they reopen that thread. Thanks for keeping things going just in case.

That's because the posts that caused it to be closed were removed.

If the thread was reopened, the three people who wrote these posts, i.e., the people who hijacked the thread, would start up again. Why? Because if they didn't defend their position on a non-tractor topic, on a tractor forum, on the Internet, (aka win an Internet Argument) the world would come to an end.

Curses.
I was all hyped to read about grid tied solar, as I've been trying to figure out if it makes more sense to own or lease the hardware.
Ultimately, I'd like to have the option to disconnect from the grid if I don't like what the grid is doing. Vote my watts, so to speak.

Could you disclose your moderator capacity in your signature for anyone else reading your posts in the future, wondering if you are yet another one of lifes wannabe hall monitors or the real deal?

And for the various brown-nosers who may be so inclined to kiss your backside.

Thanks in advance.

Saying "thank you" might have been nice. :confused3:
