Looks like the Tacoma is the same as the Hilux we have downunder so here is an add from

They used to use the HiLux label in the US. The '76 HiLux I bought for my GF back in '80 had that label on it. It
went away with the big changes in '78. Just called "Toyota Pickup" here, until '95.
