Looks like it is doing a good job of it.Deer plots are fun.
I have a couple of them up at my land.
I usually turn mine over every two or three years but I got a bad season last year so I'm doing it over this year.
I turned it over about 3 weeks ago and then disced it 2 weeks ago but we've had enough intermittent rain that I can't get back in there to broadcast the seed.
Here's my newest tractor on the disc.

Thanks!Looks really good!
I'd happily give you half of mine no charge. There is such a world of difference between the coastal plain of Virginia and the hill tops of eastern Vermont. Hard to work and not suited to equipment that is designed for flat ,rock free land but still there is quite fertile soil between the rocks and usually plenty of rain fall. Now if I could just get some more growing degree days when I have a crop in the ground instead of late and early frost crimping the growing season I could go back to farming for a living.I am impressed with how well that ground grew rocks. With all my clay, I actually enjoy when a nice rock pops up. The field really looks great.
