Looks like an older 5610 with those cab lights. The 5611 has the 4 cylinder engine and weighs about 1000 more lbs cause the frame is larger. I think cab and features are same. 5611 has more lift capacity etc.
You like your masseys?
Congrats. I hope you enjoy it and that it serves you well. I considered the Massey 56 series when I was tractor shopping but MF dealers are scarce around here and they ain't cheap - but they have a lot of really good features and they are heavy. It makes the 46 series look like a compact.
Yeah and the 46xx tractors aren't tiny. Here's one next to my 1652 at my sod providers farm. They're nice, but I'd take a 56 gladly!

Are my eyes going bad or am I seeing dual turfs? There is a sod farm close to me that has an 8 series (I think) JD but I have not paid attention to the tires on it. I agree with you on the 56 series, if I could afford one, I would have it. Maybe one day I will be able to run with the big dogs.![]()
The 56 series are expensive. However, there is a dealer in GA that gave me a VERY good deal and very reasonable shipping. So good i was wondering if it was legit.
No tractor in that class has a transmission that is close and it has lots of features when you dig into it. So first glance i walked away, after getting the last quote and digging into specs it was a no brainer. I almost bought the 5085m, but dealer was dragging his feet. Im happy it worked out this way.
For example, rear lift is 8500lbs! I thought that was a typo! Auto drive, swival seat, power shift any gear in any range, power reverser can change gear, neutral when brakes applied if you want, emissions, etc. the more i dug the more i was like holy crap this may be to much for me. Its more along the big ag machines or the kubota mgx line than the utility tractors. When you look at it that way the price makes a whole lot more sense. You prob have to spend 100k to get a deere with comp transmission and im no where close to that.
