69 degrees in hotter weather now, going up to low 90's.
Eric, you really have put some hours on that new tractor, all good.
a diffferent carpenter comes today to finish up the last of the drawers in my woodshop; I'm not confident doing them and want them to roll out properly. Once they are done I can finally get everything put away properly, and then start to build. I believe my first project will be a run of blue bird houses. I've built about a dozen birdhouses so far, most were left at last home, so time to build some more. Great way to use up scrap wood.
Maybe after today I might take a pic in there; no room for the table saw; it's outside on wheels and I found that works just fine. The chop saw, vertical sanders and band saw connect to the shop vac hose so using them inside keeps things clean. Not that a woodshop shouldn't have some sawdust here and there...if I had the room I'd put a small dust collection system in there but want to get used to the layout first. Haven't bolted down any of the benchtop equipment either, might want to move them around a little.
I replaced the old dying a/c unit in the woodshop with a newer version of the same thing, standalone unit with an exhaust hose, except this one has a drain hose that I forgot to, uh, drain, and I looked up and my shop floor had a big puddle in it. No no no, out the door went the little hose. Now I have to run it outside where it won't make a mess. I was thinking of planting some roses near there; might want to run the condensate hose to that area and let the a/c water the roses.
Oh Ron, terribly sorry. A big hug to you from all of us.
