Been playing around with different ideas to help fill up Ziploc bags for freezing. This video shows my best idea yet.

I will add my little gem concerning hamburger. We buy a fair amount of hamburger in bulk; i.e. 4 to 5 pound package at a time. I divide it up into approximately one pound portions, and put them into a quart freezer bag. I them press them into a "patty" that pretty much fills the bag, force the excess air out and then freeze. They stack great in the freezer and the speed with which you can thaw them will amaze you. Ain't much, but works for me.

We do the same thing. A nice, 1/2" thick rectangle of ground beef with little to no air in the bag. Works great!
Just tear the bag open and you have 1 pound for tacos, spaghetti, BBQ, etc...
How many baking pans do you have? Impressive.

Maybe even a burger that fits the bread???
