Tires Wrong tire size?

Hi all new member and first time tractor owner. I recently purchased a new kioti nx5510. After reading through the manual it seems to me that the tractor has the wrong size tires on it. It has ag tires 9.5-16 fronts and 16.9-24 rears. According to the manual it should have 13.6-26 rears to match the fronts. Im worried the size difference will damage something in the driveline. Any input would be appreciated.

Check with your dealer. Tractordata also says it should have the tires you mentioned. Maybe they swapped them out on another tractor before your purchase.

As long as the rolling ratio is the same as the originals, it should be OK with larger tires on both front and rear. The fronts should travel around 5% faster than the rears.

The front tires are the correct size, the rears are like 2 sizes smaller thats why i was concerned.

Thats what im kinda thinking George that they were swapped. It has 2 options for the ag tires 9.5-16 and 13.6-26 or the 9.5-18 and 13.6-28. No where does it show that rear tire size thats on it now in the manual.

I just found this spec sheet on the Kioti site for an NX5510, NX5510HST, and NX5510CAB. It does show 9.5-16 front and 16.9-24 rears for Ag tires. You sure you have the right owners manual. There are other sites that do show 13.6-28 rears on the NX5510. Might want to have the dealer verify they are correct. I'd have the factory rep verify whether the factory web site or the owners manual lists the correct sizes.

Thanks for the info George. Looking more at the manual it does show that option but for the 4510 and 5010. But shows the larger tires for the 5510 and 6010.
