Oh boy, let's hope that you haven't completely destroyed the engine by running it after hydrolocking. The bore with the bent rod is probably horribly scored and will require boring out to at least the next over size. That means the other ones must be done too. Ditto the crank journal for that piston. It's not going to be without a bit of pain. Maybe a lot of pain.

All cylinder bores good as well as crank journals , three new connecting rods and one piston , should be good to go.

I've seen several engines that ingested water while running. Can't think of any that had bore damage.

Seen of the crime . This used to be a hayfield until we got 6 inches of rain in about four hours.

Wow that's quite the washout, we didn't get nearly that much rain.
I guess you had a good look at the crank too, with 3 cyl I guess its pretty robust to bend a rod like that.

if you would like i can send you my bent rod and piston and then you'll have a set. Mine is at the shop on display to explain what water can do to an engine. We had a repo DK55 and it had a miss. We did the injector swap, checked everything for about 3 hours until i seen some green pond algae on the top of the radiator. "Hey that's not supposed to be there, i think its the piston or piston rod." We pulled the head, replaced the rods and pistons and now it runs like a top.
