Toolcat Series?

I hadn't that would certainly be a consideration. Do those yield the same HP rating?[/QUOTE
Advertised as flow dependent between 10-30 hp Not sure what a rear add on pto is rated Costs seems to be around 2 k

Probably not a ton of things for the pto but we do have a post hole digger and a 5 foot bush hog style mower though I likely would look for a front mounted flail mower to purchase with the toolcat.

I just like the flexibility.

As far as the box, countless things. We have a 50 acre property to maintain with horses. We'll use the box and use it a lot, though if we upgraded to a heavier duty utv maybe that would be minimized. But nice to have the convenience for multiple things.
If you are mowing with a front mount mower, the 5610 does not have the overheat, stop and clean the radiator screen problem that the 5600 has. If using the Air Conditioner, you have to clean this one.

Since you have a 3 point PHD and brush hog, look at this: 3-point hitch - Farmboy HD | UTV Hitchworks - Maineville, Ohio

I was planning to build a carryall for the 5610, but have other machines and trailers that haul stuff. And the 7' brush hog stays on most of the time.

What is the top speed of a tool cat? How smooth do they ride running fast across a field compared to a ATV?
Our 5610 is 18 mph.

Much smoother than a tractor, not as smooth as an ATV.

Does the farmboy add on have a pto? I thought it was for non powered (no-pto) implements only.

The PTO would be the factory option on the 5600.

I had seen the Farmboy HD before. I actually reached out to them last week.

If you look at the design their 3pt has one center mounted lift cylinder. This wouldn't work with pto.

I did however reach out to them about making me a custom version with two cylinders instead of one so they could be on each side instead of in the center. They said they could do that for about $600 extra.

With out looking I believe its rated at 25 MPH high range. Id guess the D series or newer rides better because of the independent suspension.I know the solid axle models ride a little rough especially when the shocks are tired.
