Progress!!!!!

"Hottest Weather Girl" narrows it down to a more manageable 5,830,000 hits.

True... but you're going to have to revise the 'observation time factor' up in the calculation due to the 'hotness quotient'.

That could well expand the resulting predicted man-hours required.

There's somebody out there that's thinking " it's a tough job, but SOMEBODY has to do it!!"

Let's take a moment for reflection.

We can Google "Weather Girl" (or variants thereof) and obtain millions of hits within seconds. This may be mankind's greatest achievement.;)

This is not a trivial issue. The law of diminishing marginal utility holds -- as individuals we obtain utility from observing weather girl images, but the increase in utility diminishes as we increase the number of images viewed. As we are constrained by time, the demand for weather girl images has a negative slope when we plot the opportunity cost of time on the vertical axis and images viewed on the horizontal axis, all else constant.

I would present a mathematical proof of this proposition, but I am busy making preparations for tomorrow -- the 340th anniversary of the first known application of the integral calculus.

According to Leibniz's notebooks, a critical breakthrough occurred on November 11, 1675, when he employed integral calculus for the first time to find the area under the graph of a function y = f(x).

I appreciate the dedicated souls who do the painstaking research to find out how weather forecasters have evolved from the old guys seen in my youth to the much better looking meteorologist we have today. :D Well done.

The question is, is this a plot by the government to keep us distracted from the real threat?

All this fuss over a little moderate steatopygia.

Steve,
I imagine you get WSPA TV. My favorite is the one in the red dress. No advanced math needed, just a pair of eyes.
