weasel, mink or what. help with ID of animal

I can't really help the ID but it does not look like any woodchuck / groundhog that I've ever killed.

More pictures from my walk this morning. The tail was about 13 inches long. Had a dry skin area around the nose like a dog.

Definitely not a muskrat with a hairy tail, I would guess a juvenile otter. They are getting more plentiful in my area.
