Good grief, I sure would have a hard time waiting that long, but I've noticed inventory is down on a lot of dealers.

Interesting about inventory...are there rumors about new Grand L models (or other models) coming out soon? I know that certain, if not all, zero turns can't be ordered from the factory right now due to new models being introduced.

With a advent of mandatory Tier IV diesel engine emissions changes the Grand L line went through a thorough updating. As almost everyone was complaining about CHANGE at the time, the updating was downplayed. I have one of the 'new' Grand Ls, the L--60 series.

Do you expect to have many stinging insects in your work in the summer? This is another reason that some people get cab tractors, not just the heat, humidity, and dust. Of course for some being stung can be a death sentence. I have owned 5 tractors counting my current Kioti, none were/are cab tractors, but the older I get, the more I lust after one.. I think both you and your wife will enjoy having the tractor, and you will discover many other uses for it as time goes by. For instance it took a while but I convinced TripleR to finally get a grapple. He liked it after he finally bought one.:D

Dang it James, I not only bought a grapple, I bought two then my brother bought one then I bought a tree puller so I can pull and stack them with one tractor and grapple them with another. The list of things I use to say I didn't need and now own is getting pretty long.
