Yes I saw the strobe thread but was at work and didn't reply. Nice job. I have amber strobes front and rear on mine plus 20" LED lighting front and rear too.

Where did you get your rear chains?
That makes me feel better about my decision to go with 6'. I guess I'll find out soon enough. I have a parking area up between the house and shop, and a straight drive down hill so the box should work well. But a PA plow may be next.
For pictures I've been clicking on the insert image icon then paste a link from my flikr album.

I went to TSC for my chains. They had some new old stock they were selling on closeout about half price. They didn't have the exact size but did have a larger size. My rears are just 4 link ladder chains. I bought them and cut off the extra length. I'll see how they work and maybe next spring I'll buy the extra cross links to make them 2 link instead of 4 link. For front chains I had some used car tire chains that I made to fit. Tirechains.com is a good chain source if you can't find any.
I also made new brackets to move the mirrors forward about 5" and out an inch. I kept bumping the left side mirror getting in an out of the cab.

Thanks George I'll keep those places in mind if I end up needing chains.
How do you like the led lighting? I've been pretty happy with the factory lighting so far

The factory lighting is adequate but the LED light bars really make a difference at night. When I have to be on the road with the tractor (plowing snow while still dark out) I want to be seen. It helps to be seen with the LED bars, flashing strobes, LED revolving strobe on top, Reflective tape. If people can't see me they shouldn't be on the road.

It's amazing how far light output from leds have come in the last few years. I think I'm going to add reflective tape to the sides of the snow pusher as well. Probably put it on the tractor the same as you did too

Yes, since my pusher is black I added tape to it as well as the tractor.
Here's some pics of my plow, pusher, F&R LED lights, relocated mirrors, and F&R cameras.

Good job, I built a back blade as well. They come in handy getting the snow away from door ways.

Or use bulk "baler belting" found at farm stores for a couple dollars a foot. The kind used on big round balers.
