Down off the table. went down the ramps in a very controlled fashion. No scary moments. I regret not moving the brake pedal to the other side earlier, it's in an awkward spot. Moves Forward at a brisk pace. Reverse is harder because the linkage is still out of whack a bit. Haven't tried to push anything with it yet, That will take time, need to move everything (boat, tractor, dirt bike, dirt bike, tractor, tractor barbecue) to get it in the yard. Also I have to put my bike up on the table, I have a new seat coming and the clutch is stuck.
It howls while turning, more left than right. I know the transaxle needs work, I'm in the market for a Peerless 2500/Eaton 11 combo I can rebuild..
I need stronger brake levers. the 1/2" rods tend to bend too much. It turns fine, no indication of the tracks trying to jump off.
It has a nice controllable feel when it goes over center.
Once I remember how to get vids off of the camcorder, I'll upload the vid I did of it crawling down.

Small embareassment, apparently, I was too excited about hopping on and driving, I didn't notice the rippers had hooked the bottom of the ramp coming down. I dragged the ramps and table 6 feet out the door, I didn't even notice it pulling.
