From my observation of the photo, it looks like the top link is a Cat 2 and I don't believe there is a reducing bushing in the top link.
It could be since the pin looks centered in the closeup. It looks off center in the photo which is why I though it didn't have a bushing. Either way the ears on each side are part of the top link ball and no bushing is visible. With the proper hole size in the implement, the pin shown wont come thru due to the shoulders on the pin. He still needs to put a pin in the off side. I really don't like those type pins with the small shoulder on them. I prefer the type with the large hand hold on one side, it makes them easier to remove when you have something to hold on to and they wont come thru a slightly enlarged hole.Gary,
You can zoom in on the top link in the photo (at least with my browser). I think there is a bushing present.

Yes there is a bushing in it. I will pick up about 5 of those retaining pins at tractor supply. I only have 7 hours on the tractor so I'm wondering if one of the people who I saw on game cam walking around my tractor didn't liberate it. It seems like a trifling thing for someone to do.
Get 5 black ones, and about 20 of the cheap ones. They're only $.25 each, and you'll find yourself needing more and more. And they find ways of disappearing.Yes there is a bushing in it.
