It's time to think of levers! A pry bar and wood blocks. Pry up what would be the top side and insert a block. Raise the pry bar support with another block and repeat. It will go up much faster than you think. Place blocks under the opposite side so it cannot
tumble forward. These have to be removed as you insert blocks on the pry side. You could place a board with a rug under the safe for the final upright lift. Make it easier to move and not mar the floor.
If there is vertical clearance a tripod and chain hoist/come along would work. Just make sure the tripod legs are roped up so they can't spread.
Either method should have detailed pictures on the Internet.
