White Christmas!

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! Here's the typical White Christmas we have at my place, sometimes you just have to improvise!

That's super! That must be a 100 year snowstorm for Kilgore. Sharn Jean is from Gilmer; I didn't think they got much snow, if any in that part of the country. I have seen some hot, sweaty, muggy days in August though. Hope you don't mind me copying this; I know some car guys that will get a kick out of the subtle humor.

No White Christmas here. It is supposed to be nearly 70 degrees.

Snow is not uncommon, just don't get much of it. In the late '70's, early '80's we had some pretty heavy snows for this area, probably 6-8 inches. Usually get ice and it mostly comes in January and February. This picture was made in February '11, right before the historic drought got started.

Gonna have one here. Just came in from clearing the drive for the 2nd time. Only an inch or so but the state I kind enough to donate 20' of highway into my drive. If I don't clear it, the next snow will be a real b**** to clear.
