32.9F and overcast ... which is about normal ... looks like the cold weather has settled in for the next week or so ...

Snowblower retrieved from the woods yesterday, did a little clean up in front of the house and worked on the sticking parking brake on the van and removing the gauges.

Also tacked on the upper trim on the original 55g tank with some silicone ... now I have to run a bead all the way around the inside to seal it. Probably will need to confine The Squeak ... otherwise she will be all over me (and the silicone) while I'm trying to work.

Speaking of The Squeak, she's doing well ... only a slight bit of discharge from her right eye and almost no coughing/sneezing ... will probably discontinue the antibiotics in the next couple of days, as I've already exceeded the 10 day course. Both of the other cats are tolerating her pretty well ... despite her inclinations to stalk and "attack" them ... :laughing:

The plan for the day is to watch some Bowl games, starting with the Peach Bowl. {I'm letting a little time elapse before I start watching so I can skip the ads}

Thanks Buppies, and you live in a beautiful area if you are in the mountains off I77. I am sure I made a lot of people mad going so slow, but then again I stayed up with the semi's.

I like that!!! Actually anything that comes off the trailer, wash stand, or hitch post goes on the garden. Everything dropped on the pastures, stays on the pastures.

1point71 inches here in last 24 hours, little lakes in the lawn everywhere.

A little worrisome is I have apple and pear trees still with last year's leaves on. That does not bode well for the coming year's crop.
Needs to get cold.
