Another update:

I found a near-new New Holland bucket (which already has the skid-steer quick attach) and a tooth bar on Craigslist - had a family member pick them up for me. Now I can take my time to fabricate and weld the adapter plate onto my Kubota bucket.

I also ordered a couple 20" LED light bars and wiring so I can mount them on my ROPS for some more light:

Heavy Duty Wiring Harness for LED Lights

20" LED Light Bar from Amazon (Spot and Flood Lights)

My wife said I have a pile of goodies waiting for me when I return - I've also been instructed not to order anything more until I can organize what I already have!

Sounds like you have some very enjoyable time (er, very hard work), in your future!

Well, a quick update!

I had the rear tires loaded with the Caliber M1000 (?) solution because all the RimGuard dealers around me wanted $1000+ to do so. The Caliber cost me under $600 and they came to my home! Great deal, if you ask me!

I also purchased a Construction Attachments 3rd Function Hydraulic kit and a Worksaver Skid Steer Quick Attach Adapter for my Kubota LA852 loader from National Implement 3-Point Tractor Implements and Skid Steer Loader Attachments. I can't say enough good things about National Implement - they've been fantastic and have really given me personal attention. Not to mention, their prices are the best around, by far.

I also ordered an adapter plate to weld to my bucket from Titan Attachments on Amazon.com: 5/16" for $104 shipped. That is, until I noticed they sell it for cheaper which includes shipping for $90 on their own website. Needless to say, I am not very happy. Since I saw I could get an adapter plate in 1/2" stock straight from their website, I ordered it up. I have since initiated a return for my Amazon order and they are giving me a hard time. I find it VERY dishonest for the same seller/manufacturer to list the same items for different prices.

All in all I am very happy but I hope Titan Attachments can make good on this.

Don't be upset with Titan. Amazon charges them a commission to broker their product, at $90 shipped for the plate they aren't making that much on each plate so it is logical they are passing the Amazon commission along to the buyer on Amazon purchases.

Trust me, they aren't losing money no matter where they sell it. Titan made right on it after a lot of coaxing - not quite sure if I will buy from them again. Their communication is non-existent.

Thanks for the photos. She looks just as good in the details as you earlier described. The only thing I noticed was it looks like there's something taped to the outside of the sightglass on the back of the trans/rear-end just above the PTO shaft. If it's been weeping fluid slightly like mine did, you can carefully remove the sightglass and the rubber grommet that holds it, and if both parts are in good shape, you can clean them up along with the mounting hole and reinstall using some gasket sealer or silicone sealer. Park the tractor pointing slightly downhill and the HST fluid will flow forward enough so you can work on it.

Hope your unit has a successful, safe deployment. God bless.

Nice tractor!!! you'll love the quick attach and tooth bar!

I'm a huge fan of weld on bucket hooks I use them almost everytime in on the tractor indispensable in securing everything from trash cans, to boulders!

Congrats! Judging by your enthusiastic posts you've possibly discovered the Fountain of Youth.
Darkness won't get you off it so I'm thinking your "beauty rest" may suffer for a couple months
I'll have to admit my tractor pegs the excite-o-meter too!

I asked my wife to take a look at it and there are no signs of leakage - I was told that ring is just a little scraped paint. Maybe it was already removed, cleaned up and replaced.

I'm excited to put it all together later this month!
