Loader Hydraulic problem or just normal for cold?

Not normal... Sounds like a problem in the loader control valve to me.

When the FEL quits.. do you still have power steering and 3pt hitch working?

First things first, get that 50hr service done. There is NO WAY I believe that a diesel engine oil looks like "new" after 85hours.

After that, I'd try unkooking and reseating the quick couplers for the loader

It should look black after about 5 hours, in my experience.

Power steering is always working, sometimes a bit stiff if it's extremely cold but always working. 3pt is just like the loader, needs a warm up. Once one starts moving, the other does as well.

You may have something on the suction screen.

Cold hydros move slowly, but do move. A partially restricted suction screen could give the symptoms, but so too could overly thick hydro fluid.

That said, this could just be a characteristic of your tractor. Consider consulting people with the same make a model tractor.

I just did the 50 hr service on my 6530 and both the engine oil and hydraulic fluid looked new(like right out of the bottle)

Hydraulic oil shoul look new for a very long time. Nothing to burn or contaminate it. Diesel engine oil should look back really quick. Unless something is very different with really need stuff

Could anyone clue me in on what "50 hour service" is? The only thing on the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual at 50 hours is to check the cooling system and grease the fittings... which I've done. The manual also says that the initial engine oil & filter change should be done at 100hours, then every 200.

So as far as what my owner's manual says, it isn't due yet. Maybe the 3535 is different because it's a Mahindra engine and gear trans vs the hydrostat & mitsubishi engine that's common on the other tractors?

I guess I'll give the local dealer a call in the morning and see if they've got any ideas.

If that is what the operators manual says that's what I would do my manual said 50 hours on the 6530 also a gear tractor with a Mahindra engine(2013)

The 50hr service is what most of us see in our service manuals. If yours calls for 100hr then that is the same as the 50hr we have spoken of.
I would do as you stated and give the dealer a call first then they may recommend you do the first service a little early. Or they may know what the problem is from other owners calling in.

I hope it gets cleared up quickly. Snow doesn't care if your tractor is ready or not.
