Belt vs. radiator hose

Todd did you call them when you ran into this problem i know they would of fixed it without it having to be put on the internet. Maybe it was one of those things you didnt feel like calling for just a few $$?

Probably more of a "I need it fixed now while it is apart' issue, vs sending the old one back and waiting for the new one to arrive. thus the trip to the parts store to get a will-fit. replacement.

Well I suppose you have a point(Clemsonfor). I thought that using Aaron and not the company name was good enough cover. And you're right trip to store was better option for me

Aaron you're far to kind. It's hard to get sarcasm/ribbing across in a post... I certainly wasn't looking for a refund, and certainly appreciate your great customer service. I just figured sh** happens and someone threw the wrong belt in the box.


If I can get a number off the belt I'll let you know which one it is...granted it should still be about 1/2 or so shorter.

Yep i agree. Probably the later. i would of done the same thing.

I still would of called them later to voice any disapproval or refund issues and so they can make note or research like he did.

I saw the sarcastic poking thumbs down smiley. i knew you were not mad or else this one would of been used :devil: or this one or this one:thumbsdown:, but you never know how someone will take something when they read it.

For what it is worth here is the belt i put on, and how much adjustment is still left in the alternator.
