Doesn't matter what you hitch it to. It's not as easy to use as a jaw type. What exactly are the advantages of that type puller?
One advantage is being able to reach in between the oak trees and pull cedars.

Note the small oak tree trunk just to the right of the just pulled cedar tree roots.

The main advantage for me, is being able to see the jaws from the seat.

Why do you have it out for the cedars?

Why do you have it out for the cedars?
They grow like weeds and will completely cover the land.

Guess you have never seen news coverage of wild fires in this area, they explode like a bomb.

Used the Long Arm Tree Puller to pull all the cedars visible in the picture above.

Picked them up with the Monster Grapple

Added to the burn pile.

It came down to 2 choices when I got mine and I choose the Jaws or scissor type like an alligator mouth. If I choose the one you have (Which was my 2nd choice) I thought about adding a couple things to make it more useful for me. The pieces as shown in yellow wouldn't have to be but maybe 5" long so it shouldn't interfere when pulling but would help a lot if you needed to pick up a small log or maybe a pole

Here's the one I choose. I can tilt down and pick up a pole but have to carry it long ways with the skid steer. That's ok if you have to move something in tight quarters.

I considered that style, but the jaws would be out of sight from the seat.

This was what I was going to get if he would make one with the cylinder on the right, jaws on the left:

Then I saw his Long Arm: Buckthorn Puller - Custom built Skid Steer attachments to fit almost any need you may have.

Yep, I just consider the source, it is from guys that have never operated my equipment and are making assumptions based on their experience using tractors and skid steers.

I don't recall ever claiming that my machine is the best, but I can understand how you could get that feeling from looking at the pictures of what it can do. :)
