I have no issue with high noise levels in the cab on my LS, it seems to have plenty of noise deadening material in the roof and tight seals on the doors.
Even on the Kubota B26 with 4 post canopy there doesn't seem to be any "ringing noise" like others have reported. It does have a piece of low density foam glued to the top which I think is more for heat insulation than noise. The foam is deteriorating after 6 years and I will have to replace it someday but for right now, as long as I don't touch it, it doesn't shed on me.
For your "factory" cab, I would look at sealing up the door seams, foaming under the bottom might also help. You should had insulation in the ceiling already, if not glue in some foam. I think most of your noise is coming from gaps between doors and other areas that need to be sealed.
Plexiglas is not the best material for windows due to ease of scratching and crazing which makes it hard to see thru. It looks like your cab has seen lots of abuse if the front, rear and main side door glass have been replaced with Plexiglas. For the cost of replacing all those with glass, you could likely buy a new cab.
