Honestly, I can't say. This is a new setup for me, but using a pump, return line, and tank that were on the tractor when I bought it 6 months ago. I replaced the pressure line leading from the pump to the valve. I didn't replace the suction line, but I did have to fiddle with the line. It's not leaking but maybe I disturbed the suction line enough to allow this leaking. It's pretty loud and screeching.Suction.leak...did you have one before. Or are you still trying to expel the air out of the system?
If I'm sucking air into the pump would that cause it be noisy?
I believe there is still significant air in the cylinders, but that seems to come into the tank in 'burps'. What I'm currently seeing in the tank is like a boiling pot. It's not big bubbles, it's frothy. So I think it's sucking air.
