VT maple syrup doesn't go bad. They used to serve it in tin cans, then plastic jugs, now they're going back to glass bottles. Freezing keeps it good, then thaw it out. We usually keep a quart in the fridgerator.
Then pour it on anything, moving or not.
Quebec may produce more, but VT is the platinum standard; then some states to our east come in close behind, like a sled dog, and the view is always the same!

Here's a tip- don't sign in and out of TBN, I keep signed in all the time, and just put the laptop on hibernate- like a big grizzly, covered in maple syrup.... then I don't get 505 messages, but sometimes get the spinning circle waiting on the gremlins back at TBN HQ to ramp up the gerbil powered generator of replies.:confused3:
