How to set value selling a used tractor?

Hi all,

I'm moving north off my land to a smaller lot, won't need my 2008 CK30hst any more. Sad really Seems pretty easy to see what the market will support for my implements, but not sure how to figure out how to price the tractor itself. It's like new with 150 hours, stored inside its entire life.

I found a tractor blue book site, with $99 dollar fee for access, lol, no thanks. Prices on sites are all over the map. Thoughts?

If you subtract about 5k from what you gave for it new, you will be pretty close to retail value today. Ken Sweet
