Most Mahindra's, like your 2565, do not use glow plugs... You have a grid heater located just before your intake manifold where the big pipe brings the air in from your intercooler. You will see one or two big wires going to it since it uses a lot of current when activated. Grid heaters can last a long time, I have one on my 2001.5 Dodge Cummins that is still the original. I would not lose sleep over it. I have two Mahindri plus the Cummins, and they all start just fine without using the grid heater. The heater on the Mahindra is used in conjunction with the mCRD engine computer to help lower emmisions when the motor is first started, though.
