Anyone have one of these Compact Tract Attachment Grapples?

I do not have any of the grapples posted but the thumb I added serves a similar purpose. I can switch it to the forks or bucket. I don't do enough work requiring a full grapple so the Thumb suits my needs.

If you look at the photos, the welds look top-notch and the designs are pretty good. I would say this is an engineer building attachments in his spare time.

Yes he is close to you. I think I will still stop there and take a look next time I go north of Green Bay to Silver Cliff. I will be coming right up 151 so it will be on my way. He did tell me he has no store and only about 40 built to date, Worth a look see.

My neighbor and I decided to go with this from a guy about 60 miles away. He will build to order and the price is right and like you said. "Kinda handy if you need move a little dirt while grappling without having to re-install the bucket." This will still pick up what I need and clamp what I need and I will not have to change tools. Just can't justify a dedicated grapple for the use it will get.

WOW no kidding, why did you need a partial refund? Did you open a case on E-bay about it??? you should of got something?
I did not give him anything up front and won't pay if I don't like what I see. Why I like to touch and look first. Pictures only tell so much.

Is that your corvette? Those side pipes look like they would really burn if a leg/foot came in contact with them.

I love the older corvettes. I have a '66 mustang so I really like vintage stuff.

It was Tatro who made the grapple lid/jaw in the link you posted. I must have added that on edit while you were posting again. ... The problem was I paid Tatro for some extra parts and one was lost from the box in transit. He offered to send me $20, but never did and ducked my calls. ... ~ 8yrs ago

Yeah, Im at a loss. I have a whole string of PMs with him - never any disagreement. ... I just reviewed: He offered $20 straight out, and I said that sounded like too much and $15 oughta do it. Repeatedly said he would send it but never did. :confused2:
