Honestly if you are feeling more comfortable on the MF that is huge. Operator fatigue is a big issue in a tractor. I wouldn't hesitate to take the one that gave me the best feel. I liked my Kubota L3800 a bunch. But after spending time on my MF 2615 I feel a lot differently after a few hours of work. Meaning good different. Granted I needed to step up in tractor size to the 2615 but based on how I feel afterward I am glad I did when I did.

As for the dealership I know what you mean. With my local MF dealer I certainly don't feel chummy with my sales rep. But as far as the other guys that I deal with more often I feel much more friendliness from them. But in fairness to the sales rep he does treat me fair and does do his best to serve me.

Honestly, I'm thinking out loud and making conversation with you nice folks on here. I like hearing others input. I have read lots of post and have seen, so far, Orange, Green, Red and Maroon tractors. Operated Orange, Green and Red tractors. All seem so close to each other and have "about" the same specs. But the Massey was the fastest with the BH and FEL movements. Seat was more comfortable than the rest. I liked the two pedals and that the 3PT was attached all the time. Easy drop and hook for my scraper blade.

Orange had a better dealership and seems to have more easily accessible parts and attachments.

Right now, unless Orange gets the "Out the Door" price down some more, I will be a proud owner of a Red machine.

I see any of them being a huge advantage, all has just different areas of interest. Warranties are the same with 2 years bumper to bumper and 5 year power train.

IMO, they both make a very high quality product. Few people have any real mechanical problems and any small quirks that come up, will typically show themselves quickly while still under warranty. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

No, about the same HP, but more weight and much larger Hydraulic flow. Better FEL and better BH, I didn't really need the HP, I don't play in the fields. But I do need to move some gravel and dirt and dig some holes and foundations.

Plus, I'm fat and I fit better on the larger framed tractor, way more comfortable to operate. Which was actually the final factor and the dealer was a large factor too, I liked them better than the rest.
